Are you an experienced Contract Sales Professional with direct experience in Flat Bed Die Cutting? Are you looking to bring on a new income with a registered Woman’s Business Enterprise (WBE), a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and is designated by the SBA as a Small Disadvantaged Business? 3M Preferred Converter.
We are looking to add to our Independent Manufacturer Representative Sales Team (Contract Role) on an account-by-account basis as we are well positioned for growth.
As a full-service Flat Bed Die Cutting company, we have the expertise and advanced technology to craft precise, high-quality production components consistently, from start to finish. Our Die-Cut division has a proven track record of effectively meeting the diverse needs of various industry sectors through our contract manufacturing services.
The ideal agency should have a proven track record of actively selling directly to OEMs as an independent contractor, with demonstrated experience in providing custom solutions in plastics, foam, rubber, leather, and paper for new projects from inception onwards. They should specialize in producing items such as gaskets, thermal pads, absorbers, acoustic insulation, and precision die-cutting for various industrial applications including automotive, appliance, electronics, HVAC, industrial, aerospace, heat shielding, and EV battery industries.
As a representative, you can confidently align yourself with an ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 Quality Management System manufacturer specializing in engineered-driven solutions. Our commitment is to consistently surpass your customers’ expectations by fostering collaborative relationships with both you and your clients in a customer-centric manner, positioning ourselves as the preferred and easy-to-work-with supplier for die-cut converting. REQUIREMENTS:
· Solid experience and background in Die Cutting Solutions.
· Demonstrated track record of actively selling directly to OEMs as an independent contractor, with a history of handling custom projects from concept to completion.
· Ability to offer complementary products for sales opportunities without direct conflict.
· Commitment to long-term collaboration with our manufacturer representative agency.
· In return, we provide comprehensive sales and engineering support, along with a competitive commission plan. This position is contract-based and commission-exclusive, operating on an account-by-account basis.
Available territories are on an account-by-account basis, covering North American geographic locations (with efficient service capabilities in Mexico, Europe, and Canada). Our focus for account development lies in the Mid-West and North America.
